Hillary Loses This One

The Los Angeles Times recently reported on the sour status of the Clinton campaign finances. Perhaps now that all the big corporations have spent their maximum monies to finance her campaign, she's in the hole. She had to use $5 million of her own personal money to finance her campaign.

What's most interesting about this whole tid-bit of news is that her campaign manager is now unpaid. Interestingly, I remember seeing news articles dubbing Mrs. Clinton the "biggest spender" in terms of campaign money. From private jets to lavish affairs, Mrs. Clinton knew how to spend the bucks. I mean, at one time, she had the most money of them all.

Is it just me who might be a little worried about what this says about the truth of how valuable her "experience" is? Considering she went from a surplus to a deficit with unpaid workers, I doubt that we can count on her to bring our already flailing economy up from shambles. A campaign surplus to a deficit means (I think, anyway) OUR WAGES WILL NOT GO UP!! Could they get any lower? Unpaid? Why would we think someone who spends $6,585 on flowers in the middle of a campaign, then stops paying campaign workers, could lead us out of this undeniable recession!!

This is not a good sign on her behalf. Tell me about experience when you can prove yourself!
