Limerick...

With St. Patrick's Day coming along, I opted to try my hand at a limerick...  It's senseless, though I aimed for a specific direction.  I've always been more of a prose type of gal, but I find the rythm of a Limerick to be a little hilarious.  I encourage one and all to partake in the fun.  So... a limerick goes as follows:

There once was girl from Palm Coast,
Who's gum got stuck on a post,
Her gum got dry,
she started to cry
Now she is the girl who licks posts.
